The entire team, from the serviceman to the office personnel at Open and Close were extremely professional, courteous, kind and very efficient. I live almost 2,000 miles away from the job site and I never worried one moment about the care I was receiving. I received photographs to show me the damaged door being replaced and I received photographs of the completed work. What a great experience!
