  "Pleased with scheduling and service We just had Open Enclose install two Pella Designer Series casement windows and two Pella Impervia series sliding windows. The sliding windows were simple replacements in existing openings but the casement windows required considerable framing plus new exterior stucco and interior wallboard. The two man crew showed up on time, did all the necessary demolition and framing on the first day and then installed and finished the job on the second day. They left a clean jobsite inside and out. We are very pleased with the work OpenEnclose did and also very pleased with our four new Pella windows. Highly recommend both companies."

  "Tell your window sales rep you want to choose your own installers If only I had known about these guys a few years ago when we bought windows for the west side of the house. Those guys made me a nervous wreck. So, let me tell you about Shawn, Brian and Ryan! They couldn't have impressed me more if they'd been wearing suits. Seriously, after a few decades of guys showing up dressed and smelling like bums to do work for us, these guys were a welcome surprise. No, they weren't wearing suits, but they were clean and fresh. Do I sound like an old lady? That ought to be a given, but it's not. Their task was pulling out and then installing 8 windows. You can tell when people have been well trained and you can tell when they've worked together a lot. These guys were fluid. There were no conversations about how to do things. They were a very streamlined team. I never realized a task this big could be done so quickly. Their work is beautiful. Oh, and easy smiles. I'd say they're comfortable with themselves and with the people they're working for. If I had a spot for more windows, I'd make sure these three guys were my installers."

  "Satisfied Customer. Speedy Delivery: Job began two weeks after contract was signed. Job completed in 4 days. Windows are good looking, fit tightly. Workers are careful & clean up the debris. Workers were friendly & professional. They were proud of their work... Quality product. Benefits known immediately are lack of rattling and reduced outside noises. Expected results: Reduced heating and cooling bills."

  "We love everyone connected with this company from front office folks to installers, Eric and Tristen! All were just great, friendly and personable! We were replacing MANY double pane windows due to fractured seals. They were under warranty so we paid for the install only (thank goodness). Open enclose were the warranty contact. and although there were some problems getting the CORRECT glass from their warranty mandated supplier............this company proved to be so helpful........kept us abreast of delivery of product, were honest about problems with supplier, and were totally professional about scheduling and keeping us informed. Tanya, Eric and Tristen are wonderful advocates for their boss..................and are certainly customer friendly. Our windows are now "all in" and we feel a personal relationship with this company and have no problem (and have) recommending them to anyone needing their services! THANK YOU OPENENCLOSE!!!!"
