"If only I had known about these guys a few years ago when we bought windows for the west side of the house. Those guys made me a nervous wreck. So, let me tell you about Shawn, Brian and Ryan! They couldn’t have impressed me more if they’d been wearing suits. Seriously, after a few decades of guys showing up dressed and smelling like bums to do work for us, these guys were a welcome surprise. No, they weren’t wearing suits, but they were clean and fresh. Do I sound like an old lady? That ought to be a given, but it’s not. Their task was pulling out and then installing 8 windows. You can tell when people have been well trained and you can tell when they’ve worked together a lot. These guys were fluid. There were no conversations about how to do things. They were a very streamlined team. I never realized a task this big could be done so quickly. Their work is beautiful. Oh, and easy smiles. I’d say they’re comfortable with themselves and with the people they’re working for. If I had a spot for more windows, I’d make sure these three guys were my installers."

"We just had Open Enclose install two Pella Designer Series casement windows and two Pella Impervia series sliding windows. The sliding windows were simple replacements in existing openings but the casement windows required considerable framing plus new exterior stucco and interior wallboard. The two man crew showed up on time, did all the necessary demolition and framing on the first day and then installed and finished the job on the second day. They left a clean jobsite inside and out. We are very pleased with the work OpenEnclose did and also very pleased with our four new Pella windows. Highly recommend both companies."

"I decided it was time to replace my home’s old windows and patio doors this summer. I shopped around a bit but settled on Open Enclose because they offered a great selection of products (I chose Milgard) and their prices were very competitive. Their sales rep was very personable and I received prompt replies to all my inquiries and detailed quotes with clear pricing structures. When it was time to install, the crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. Five large windows and two patio doors to replace and they had everything in place before lunch and were out the door by mid-afternoon. Many thanks to the installers Bryan, Ryan, Chris, and Erin. I had just painted the house and they took extra care not to damage anything (no small feat in an old house). At the end of the job they picked everything up, cleaned up the debris inside and out, and left the place spotless. I’ve been dealing with various contractors all summer and this crew was by far the most courteous, competent, and professional group I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The new windows are fantastic and I am very satisfied with the whole process. But it did require framing, stucco, interior plaster, electric relocation for the removal of a slider patio door and replacing it with a window to match others and removing a bay window and replacing it with a standard exterior door. All work was performed in two days, on time and without problems. Their subcontractors were without exception, excellent. I have already recommended them to others including various trades that were working on another project for me that were impressed with what they observed. I highly recommend them to anyone needing peace of mind."

Initially there was some confusion about the wood trim for the front windows but once this was cleared up, the windows were installed very nicely as was the downstairs bedroom. "The initial consult happened quickly. The ordering process seemed to take a long time but out of your control. However, the first tech visit was kind of a disaster. There were no screws included with the parts obtained even though I had pointed out how the screws in my existing door were not originals and therefore that was the problem. A part was missing but the tech did not recognize that and was about to perform a physical cutting of the new part to adapt before I told him that the base plate was not included in what they brought and we used the plate from my original door. Not having the screws created attempts where the techs tried to unsuccessfully modify screws on their truck and it was just a failure. I truly feel that the first techs were not well trained in the sliding glass door handles. The second set of techs were excellent. They had the parts. They installed quickly. They readily adjusted the door to work with the latch. The highest quality of work from them."

They also answered all our questions and explained what they were doing more than adequately and were very welcome in our home. One of the window replacements didn't go as planned because the window frame was decayed and a 30 year-old-window was improperly installed. The crew identified the problem and called in the supervisor. Window frame was rebuilt, stucco repaired, and everything was repainted. The extra work was a little more expensive, but every dime has been worth the craftsmanship and professionalism. I have three other projects that OpenEnclosed will do in the next two years."

"I selected OpenEnclose as they were one of the higher rated distributors on the window mfg website. I dealt with the estimator; who came to my house to discuss my needs and his recommendations. He worked with me on the pricing. The person that performed the on site verification of the job and reviewed the job site was very helpful. He showed me the frame for the window I had them quote based on what my prime contractor recommended. I was glad I saw it as it turned out to not match my existing windows. He changed the order and submitted it for an update to my quote. The two installers were polite, quick and thoroughly cleaned my job site. The stucco crew was polite and worked quickly. I encountered a possible issue when I went to prep, prime and paint the stucco. The wire brush took off a lot of loose material and some ot the texture in some places. When I applied the primer more material came off. This didn’t seem normal. Will see what happens when I paint the stucco."

Openenclose came to my home took pictures and measurements and then researched where they could order a new lock. Ordered it then came and installed my new lock. Jesus communicated that we are missing two plugs for one patio door, and a damaged screen. He placed the needs in his report. We also notice, with the early morning sun, numerous spots and a sticker on the upper fixed windows. Some of the windows appeared smeared after cleaning and still dirty. Could OpenEnclose remove the sticker and clean the windows as these are inaccessible for us. The entire experience was excellent from Jared the sales person to Jesus and his installation team. The team worked very hard each day as there was a lot to complete in the 3 day window."
