I selected OpenEnclose as they were one of the higher rated distributors on the window mfg website. I dealt with the estimator; who came to my house to discuss my needs and his recommendations. He worked with me on the pricing. The person that performed the on site verification of the job and reviewed the job site was very helpful. He showed me the frame for the window I had them quote based on what my prime contractor recommended. I was glad I saw it as it turned out to not match my existing windows. He changed the order and submitted it for an update to my quote. The two installers were polite, quick and thoroughly cleaned my job site. The stucco crew was polite and worked quickly. I encountered a possible issue when I went to prep, prime and paint the stucco. The wire brush took off a lot of loose material and some ot the texture in some places. When I applied the primer more material came off. This didn’t seem normal. Will see what happens when I paint the stucco.

We were replacing MANY double pane windows due to fractured seals. They were under warranty so we paid for the install only (thank goodness). Open enclose were the warranty contact. and although there were some problems getting the CORRECT glass from their warranty mandated supplier…………this company proved to be so helpful……..kept us abreast of delivery of product, were honest about problems with supplier, and were totally professional about scheduling and keeping us informed. Tanya, Eric and Tristen are wonderful advocates for their boss………………and are certainly customer friendly. Our windows are now “all in” and we feel a personal relationship with this company and have no problem (and have) recommending them to anyone needing their services! THANK YOU OPENENCLOSE!!!!

Speedy Delivery: Job began two weeks after contract was signed. Job completed in 4 days. Windows are good looking, fit tightly. Workers are careful & clean up the debris. Workers were friendly & professional. They were proud of their work… Quality product. Benefits known immediately are lack of rattling and reduced outside noises. Expected results: Reduced heating and cooling bills.

If only I had known about these guys a few years ago when we bought windows for the west side of the house. Those guys made me a nervous wreck. So, let me tell you about Shawn, Brian and Ryan! They couldn’t have impressed me more if they’d been wearing suits. Seriously, after a few decades of guys showing up dressed and smelling like bums to do work for us, these guys were a welcome surprise. No, they weren’t wearing suits, but they were clean and fresh. Do I sound like an old lady? That ought to be a given, but it’s not. Their task was pulling out and then installing 8 windows. You can tell when people have been well trained and you can tell when they’ve worked together a lot. These guys were fluid. There were no conversations about how to do things. They were a very streamlined team. I never realized a task this big could be done so quickly. Their work is beautiful. Oh, and easy smiles. I’d say they’re comfortable with themselves and with the people they’re working for. If I had a spot for more windows, I’d make sure these three guys were my installers.

We just had Open Enclose install two Pella Designer Series casement windows and two Pella Impervia series sliding windows. The sliding windows were simple replacements in existing openings but the casement windows required considerable framing plus new exterior stucco and interior wallboard. The two man crew showed up on time, did all the necessary demolition and framing on the first day and then installed and finished the job on the second day. They left a clean jobsite inside and out. We are very pleased with the work OpenEnclose did and also very pleased with our four new Pella windows. Highly recommend both companies.

we were thoroughly impressed from the start to finish the Everybody showed up on time the initial inspector who took all the measurements recommended a different type window lock which really worked much easier the installers were polite onetime and very thorough we had 8 new windows installed and are very pleased with the change in our view and reduced room temperature

The installation went smoother, cleaner and quicker than I thought possible. In a few hours the windows were installed and when I looked through them the crew was gone.

The installers did a great job. They replaced the double pane glass in 4 clerestory windows. They were extremely professional and conscientious in their work. I highly recommend this company.

The entire team, from the serviceman to the office personnel at Open and Close were extremely professional, courteous, kind and very efficient. I live almost 2,000 miles away from the job site and I never worried one moment about the care I was receiving. I received photographs to show me the damaged door being replaced and I received photographs of the completed work. What a great experience! I decided it was time to replace my home’s old windows and patio doors this summer. I shopped around a bit but settled on Open Enclose because they offered a great selection of products (I chose Milgard) and their prices were very competitive. Their sales rep was very personable and I received prompt replies to all my inquiries and detailed quotes with clear pricing structures. When it was time to install, the crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. Five large windows and two patio doors to replace and they had everything in place before lunch and were out the door by mid-afternoon. Many thanks to the installers Bryan, Ryan, Chris, and Erin. I had just painted the house and they took extra care not to damage anything (no small feat in an old house). At the end of the job they picked everything up, cleaned up the debris inside and out, and left the place spotless. I’ve been dealing with various contractors all summer and this crew was by far the most courteous, competent, and professional group I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The new windows are fantastic and I am very satisfied with the whole process. Great Product, Delivery and Installation

Open Enclose provided the windows for our new home, and repaired the windows and a door. The service has been wonderful.

Open Enclose took on a small residential job for me. But it did require framing, stucco, interior plaster, electric relocation for the removal of a slider patio door and replacing it with a window to match others and removing a bay window and replacing it with a standard exterior door. All work was performed in two days, on time and without problems. Their subcontractors were without exception, excellent. I have already recommended them to others including various trades that were working on another project for me that were impressed with what they observed. I highly recommend them to anyone needing peace of mind.

We’ve used Open Enclose for 2 projects, now, and are extremely impressed with the quality of the product and the installation.

Two of our windows began to leak and we were concerned about replacing them because they were flush with the surrounding stucco. OpenEnclose removed the original windows and replaced them in just a few hours. The new Windows look great and the new stucco matches the original stucco perfectly.

My review is focused on the integrity of this company because thats something that we dont find often in today’s retail businesses. When I met the owner I felt as if I was speaking to someone I had known for years ! He was honest, transparent and made me feel totally comfortable about getting our windows from his company so we did and it has been a total pleasure not only do we love the quality of the product and the way it looks after its in but this company is there for you after the sale to answer questions you dont get an automated message you get to speak to someone who knows how to help. We contacted Open Enclose because they were a local business and because friends had a very positive experience with them. They turned a large window into a beautiful double door, opening up our whole back yard to our living room. I am very pleased with this door that replaced the old style sliding glass patio door. The new door is easy to open and closed and locks securely w/no effort. If I get windows done, I would recommend Open Enclose to do them.

After getting estimates and information from 3 other window companies we decided to go with Open Enclose. Jared, the sales manager answered all of our questions and concerns about this type of window and we selected the Milgard window. Steve did the final measurement and was very competent and exacting and the window fits perfectly! Matt and TJ were the installers who did a great job, were friendly and competent, and careful not to cause any damage in the surrounding area both inside and out, and left the job site clean. Adolfo did a great job on the stucco work, it exactly matches the stucco design on the rest of the wall. We are very pleased and will use this company again. They also have a friendly and competent office staff!

Everything was done as promised. The stucco repair after the window installation was excellent. We are very happy with the result.

Our old master bedroom window was falling apart. We invited several contractors to offer quotes. Some contractors only carried one line of windows, and did not offer anything that fit our budget. Others bad mouthed their competition. Some offered windows in our budget, but it was always a solution that left our current window frame in place, meaning the new Windows were going to have less viewing area than our old ones. Open Enclose was not the cheapest, but they had enough options that with help from the sales rep, we found a quality product that fit our budget, without losing any viewing area. The initial sales rep was friendly, professional, and described the process of ordering, installation and payment schedule perfectly. When we chose open enclose, a different representative arrived to set up the order and take our down payment. This man was just as professional and reiterated exactly what we were told by the initial representative. All told, we dealt with two people in sales, the office scheduler who kept us informed every step of the way, a pair of installers and a pair who repaired the stucco around our new windows. Every single person was friendly, approachable and professional. Every single person knew not only their job, but they also knew how the company worked, and were able to answer our questions with confidence. They all gave the impression that they had worked for the company for quite a while, so our impression is that Open Enclose is able to keep employees long enough to train them to a very high standard. Long story short, at no point did we get conflicting stories, and everything occurred exactly as the representatives told us it would. A fair job, at a fair price, and no surprises. We look forward to sending more business their way, and we will be contacting them again in upcoming years as we slowly replace all the other windows in our home.

This was our second window installation and it was like the first , timely and professionally done . I have recommended Openenclose to several neighbors and heard about them from a neighbor .

They came out and gave a bid. I had 2 large picture windows with bars over them that had cracked and separated. They let me know that at the end of the month the prices were set to increase by their supplier. I ordered the windows we had discussed and paid Open Enclose half down. It would be 6 weeks before they would have the windows in. They called and we jointly set up a convenient time for them to take the old windows out and put the newly ordered windows in. These were large arched windows and I had decided to have sliding windows with screens and the arch at the top. I am hoping this break up of each window will ease the stress on them so no future cracking would take place ( they had cracked 3 times over the 40 + years.). They came out on the appointed day, notified me they were running a little late. They arrived laid down protection on the ground in front of the windows and proceeded to do the work. They were professional and quick. They even cleaned the windows after their install. They cleaned up the area, replaced the bars and removed all debris. I would gladly use them again. I will recommend them to any looking to replace windows or doors.

Today two employees of Open Enclose arrived to install a new screen door. The job sounds easy, but because the difficulty of dealing with double sliding door configuration, local repair folks were reluctant to deal with it. Eric and Brian performed the job professionally and quickly, with perfect results. Next time I have a problem with our doors or windows, I will call Open En lose first. I learned of this company from a neighbor who had all of his windows and sliding doors replaced with Milgard products. He was very impressed with their work, as was I. The cost of fixing my problem was very reasonable.
